In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gk555. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the gk555 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

gk555 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. To register a gk555 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a gk555 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these terms.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person or as a representative of a corporate entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of gk555 or its affiliated companies.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the gk555 platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. gk555 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void all associated bonus funds and winnings derived from duplicated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gk555 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. gk555 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence — at any time during the lifecycle of an account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

gk555 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. gk555 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.

Deposits are credited to your gk555 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. gk555 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges independent of gk555.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name — cross-account transfers are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are detailed in the gk555 Payments Policy available within your account settings.
• Any active bonus funds applied to your account must comply with applicable wagering requirements before real-money withdrawal is permitted on those funds.
• gk555 reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

gk555 does not accept or process any transactions associated with the proceeds of crime. Any suspected money laundering activity will be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities as required under applicable international standards.

gk555 offers various promotional bonuses to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and tournament entry credits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to this general policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all gk555 promotional offers:

The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the RNG and is not influenced by gk555 operators or any external party.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to server interruptions, disconnections, or software errors — gk555 will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be refunded to the Player's wallet. gk555 is not liable for any purported winnings that cannot be verified due to a technical malfunction.

Players acknowledge that gk555 game results are final once a round has been completed and confirmed by the platform's game server. Disputes regarding completed game rounds must be raised within thirty (30) calendar days of the relevant session.

gk555 offers a sports betting service covering cricket (including PSL and international matches), football, UFC, and other sporting events. All bets are accepted subject to the gk555 Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Key sports betting conditions include the following:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. gk555 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without prior notice.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to brief delays inherent in live data transmission. gk555 is not responsible for discrepancies caused by live data latency beyond its reasonable control.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement of more than 24 hours, or abandonment, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's wallet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gk555 platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities as appropriate:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Holding, operating, or benefitting from more than one gk555 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

gk555's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform in any given calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their gk555 account during the same calendar month.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits gk555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Players may close their gk555 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money wallet balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

gk555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.

All disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within thirty (30) calendar days of the relevant game session. Disputes raised outside this window may not be actioned.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which gk555 holds its operating licence. The application of these terms to Players in Pakistan is made on the basis of international service standards and gk555's commitment to cross-border player protection.

In the event of any conflict between a translated version of these Terms & Conditions and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail.
